XX innovation believes that advancing women’s health requires a commitment to equity at every level, in who we work with, how we design our programmes, and how we operate as an organisation. Equality, diversity, and inclusion are not add-ons to our work; they are foundational to it.
We are committed to creating an environment that is inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination. We actively work to ensure that our activities, partnerships, and governance reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and the populations affected by the health inequities we seek to address.
Our commitments
We will not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
We will promote equity of access and opportunity across all areas of our work, including governance, research, partnerships, and public engagement. We will actively seek diverse perspectives in our leadership, advisory structures, and collaborative partnerships. We will regularly review our practices to identify and address barriers to inclusion. We recognise that health outcomes are shaped by intersecting social, economic, and biological factors, and we will reflect this understanding in our approach.
This policy applies to all members, directors, staff, volunteers, contractors, partners, and anyone acting on behalf of XX innovation.
This policy was adopted by the board of XX innovation Ltd in [June, 2026] and is due for review in [June, 2027].
