XX innovation is committed to conducting its work lawfully, ethically, and in the public interest. We encourage anyone who has serious concerns about any aspect of our work or conduct to come forward without fear of reprisal.
What is whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the disclosure of information about suspected wrongdoing or danger within an organisation. This is different from a personal grievance or complaint. Whistleblowing concerns might include suspected fraud, financial misconduct, or misuse of funds, failure to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, risks to health and safety, damage to the environment, a deliberate attempt to conceal any of the above, or any conduct that falls seriously below the standards expected of the organisation.
How to raise a concern
If you have a concern, you can raise it by emailing info@xxinnovation.com with the subject line “Whistleblowing concern – confidential.”
You may raise a concern whether you are a director, staff member, volunteer, contractor, partner, or any other person connected to XX innovation’s work. You do not need to have proof of wrongdoing, a reasonable belief is sufficient.
Our commitments
We will treat all disclosures seriously, sensitively, and in confidence where possible. No one who raises a concern in good faith will be penalised or suffer any detriment as a result. We will investigate concerns promptly and communicate the outcome to the person who raised them, to the extent that confidentiality permits.
If you feel unable to raise your concern directly with XX innovation, you may contact the relevant regulatory body or seek independent legal advice.
This policy was adopted by the board of XX innovation Ltd in [June, 2026] and is due for review in [June, 2027].
