XX innovation is governed by its members and board of directors, who are responsible for setting the organisation’s strategic direction, ensuring accountability, and overseeing the responsible use of resources. As a non-profit company limited by guarantee, our directors serve in a stewardship capacity – the organisation has no shareholders, and all income is reinvested to advance our mission.
